Northern Kentucky native MitchArens has a passion for southern cooking. His professional culinary journey began in the kitchens of Boca Restaurant Group before moving to Louisiana to explore Cajun flavors as part of Link Restaurant Group at Cochon Butcher and Calcasieu. Arens returned to Northern Kentucky to take on the role of Executive Chef at Hotel Covington. In 2019, he partnered with fellow Covington chef, Stephen Williams, to create Y’all Hospitality. The new restaurant group is dedicated to using the highest quality locally and regionally sourced ingredients, and welcoming guests with true Southern hospitality. The group currently includes Butler’s Pantry, The Kitchen, Fire, and Bouquet, with several more restaurants on the horizon.
