Cities to Visit in Northern Kentucky

Northern Kentucky often dotes on the big-city amenities of her neighbor across the river, Cincinnati.  But don't forget the nearly 40 cities that make up NKY herself!

Anchored by Florence, Covington, and Newport in Boone, Kenton, and Campbell Counties respectively, the cities of NKY offer a perfect lifestyle complimented by bold culinary flavors, a strong economy, a plethora of higher education institutions, and endless opportunities for fun.

And if that's not enough, yes, we are also fortunate to have the big-city amenities of Cincinnati, including professional sports teams, the arts, festivals, museums, and more.

Making it easy to hop around, there are nine bridges that cross the Ohio River, including the Purple People pedestrian bridge.  For longer trips, the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is located in Northern Kentucky, near Florence, and only about 15 minutes from downtown Covington.

No matter where you stay, Northern Kentucky and the Cincy region have so much to offer.  Explore each city below and choose which one you want to focus on for this trip, then write the others down for your "I'll be back" planning--we know we'll see you again.
