What’s more fun at Thanksgiving than turkey, football and a parade? A scavenger hunt that will get you outside, exploring cool Covington neighborhoods, finding clues and solving puzzles!
Solve Puzzles, Win Prizes!
Grab your family and friends for this collaborative activity. The puzzles are designed for adults and reading-age children, but younger kids can come along to help spot the clues and enjoy the parks and public spaces included in the hunt.
To find the clues, you’ll examine public art, architecture and store window displays. You’ll use your Puzzle Book and Code Kit to crack the codes and get photo challenges. For each one you do, you’ll earn chances to win great prizes, including original art by local artists.
The puzzles range in difficulty from “easy peasy” to “puzzle master” and encourage players to discover the art, architecture and fun things to do in Covington. You can walk, bike or drive between clue locations, all of which can be accessed without going indoors.
The hunt is not timed, so there is no added pressure. Players have from 8:00 am on Thanksgiving through 9:00 pm on Sunday November 28 to turn in their solutions.

For more information and to purchase a Code Kit, visit the Finders Keepers website. Registration ends on November 19. Kits will be available for pickup or shipping on Monday November 22.
