Our mission is simple - to highlight local, seasonal ingredients in a fun and delicious way. Aside from our baguettes, cheese, wine, and beer, everything we serve is made in house and from local ingredients (seriously, everything - chef is even working on his own local soy sauce). We work with Black Willow Farms to provide us whole hogs, which we butcher ourselves and use as the focus of our menu. We work with countless other local farmers to find the best fruits, vegetables, grains, dairy, and eggs that we can.
