A young gentleman from Zahle, Lebanon came to America in search of the American Dream. For Andy Hajjar it didn't take too many months of American cuisine for him to crave his family's traditional Mediterranean cooking. Andy soon opened Andy's Deli in Walnut Hills. Shortly after the success of the deli, Andy turned to redefining fine dining and created his famous restaurant in Cincinnati Andy's Mediterranean Grille. He has always had his thoughts on the future and he wanted to branch out to create an affordable everyday alternative for people to enjoy traditional Mediterranean. Now he is the Executive Chef behind his newest restaurant Kabobske! A healthy Mediterranean option with the same traditional ingredients.
