Jane’s Saddlebag (JSB) is a 35-acre complex located along the Ohio River, minutes from Big Bone Lick State park. Our main building is where all of our homemade food, desserts that change weekly, beverages, beer & wine are served. The main building is now primarily used as a restaurant. JSB also provides indoor seating for guests along with outdoor seating on our covered and uncovered decks, with views down the large back lawn to the water’s edge. Our Whine shoppe walls are lined with unique gifts, antiques and gift baskets available for purchase. There is a corner fireplace and intimate seating in the Wine Shoppe for guests to sit and enjoy a wide range of KY wines. The Wine Shoppe offers wines by the glass and by the bottle and has tastings every weekend. Wyatt’s (Jane’s Great Grandson) General Store offers many unique KY gifts, JSB branded merchandise, antiques and local handmade gifts to make your shopping experience a pleasure. Check out our newly built “Kids Play-land.” This enclosed area will include many different attractions for children to enjoy. There are multiple swing sets, plane themed tetter-totter, monkey bars, slides, and a Pirate Ship. This will also host our main attraction, a huge Corn Pit. JSB has a natural amphitheater with a 1700s replica flatboat for guests to tour, a kids village with themed buildings, and a corn hole area all FREE of charge. We also offer a “hands on” petting zoo with tons of furry animals including new babies every year just waiting to greet you. Our Petting Zoo is very interactive where you will walk among goats, a miniature Donkey, llama, sheep, and many more critters.
