Day One

Arrive at NKY host hotel

Noon - 2:30 p.m. Dinner cruise on BB Riverboats

Take a cruise with BB Riverboats, a favorite of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky riverfront for more than 30 years, and learn about the history of the river and  take in a magnificent meal

3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. – Backstage Animal Experience at Newport Aquarium

Get an inside look at the Aquarium facility and learn what it takes to maintain a one-million-gallon environment.  During the guided tour, you’ll see miles of pipes, explore how the animals are fed and visit the dive station and acclimation area.

5 p.m. - 6 p.m. – Refresh at hotel

6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. – Dinner at Gameworks at Newport on the Levee

The premier entertainment destination, Gameworks boasts 22,000 square feet of space offering new and classic arcade and redemption games, e-sports lounge, and gourmet food.

Day Two

Breakfast at hotel

10 a.m. - noon – National Underground Railroad Freedom Center 

A museum of conscience, an education center, a convener of dialogue, and a beacon of light for inclusive freedom around the globe.

12:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. – Lunch and tour Cincinnati Zoo, the second oldest zoo in the United States

3:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. – Enjoy some down time and explore Smale Park on the riverfront

Check out the merry-go-round and ferris wheel!

5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. –  Dinner at Montgomery Inn Boathouse

Featuring mouth-watering BBQ that’s been wowing locals, visitors, and celebrities since 1951.

Day Three

Breakfast at Hotel

10 a.m. - noon – Tour Behringer Crawford Museum at Devou Park

The center for regional history of Northern Kentucky as part of the Ohio Valley.

12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m. – Experience lunch like a local at Skyline Chili

2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. – Experience Cincinnati Museum Center

Housed in Union Terminal, an art deco train station and National Historic Landmark, and experience one of several options offered:  Cincinnati History Museum, Duke Energy Children’s Museum, Museum of Natural History & Science, Omnimax Moving Theatre, Holocaust & Humanity Center

6 p.m. - 8 p.m. – Enjoy a pizza & pool party at the hotel!

Day Four

Breakfast at Hotel

10 a.m. - noon –  Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra

Bring students to Music Hall to witness the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra in person!  Reaching around 18,000 students grades K-12, these concerts are designed to be educational, interactive, and entertaining.

Depart for home or next adventure
