Mainstrasse Oktoberfest

If you’ve been to the Cincy and Northern Kentucky region, it didn’t take long before you had a taste of our German American heritage. From National Historic district Mainstrasse Village in Covington Ky., to Goetta- our unique regional sausage, to the largest Oktoberfest in the U.S.  – Oktoberfest Zinzinnati – you can find German American flavor around every corner.  We even celebrate more than one Oktoberfest!

The Year that Shall not be Named halted all our Oktoberfest fun, but we’re happy to announce they’re back for 2021. PROST!

Mainstrasse Oktoberfest

Covington Oktoberfest – Sept. 10-12

Local craft beer favorite, Braxton Brewing Co., is bringing Oktoberfest back to Covington. It will be held in Goebel Park in Mainstrasse Village. Enjoy live music from local artists while also enjoying Oktoberfest dishes and a variety of beer and other drinks. Get more info about Covington Oktoberfest here.

Oktoberfest Zinzinnati – Sept. 16-19

One week later, just across the river in Cincinnati, raise your stein at American’s largest Oktoberfest! Oktoberfest Zinzinnati will take place on 2nd and 3rd street in downtown Cincy, with more booths of beer, sauerkraut balls, cream puffs, metts and bratwurst, pickled pig’s feet, and giant pretzels than you could possibly visit. Newport Oktoberfest – Sept. 24 -26

Wrap up September with an Oktoberfest on the banks of the Ohio River in Newport, Ky. Oktoberfest Newport offers the flavor of the original Oktoberfest with beer tents shading all the food, drink, and fun.  Lean more about Oktoberfest Newport here.
